This page explains the interest form on this website. Any pilot data access will need a separate agreement.

What the form collects

Your name and email address are required. Company and a high-level description of your challenge are optional. Please do not submit confidential business information, credentials, customer records, or sensitive personal data.

How the request is used

Submitted details are stored to respond to your request and discuss TrueRook and product availability. The website uses Cloudflare-backed hosting and database storage through Sites. When email notification is enabled, the browser also sends the form details to FormSubmit for delivery to TrueRook.

Abuse prevention

The server uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier and request count to limit repeated form submissions. This rate-limit record is separate from the contact request.

Website tracking

The site does not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information as part of serving and protecting the website.

Questions or removal requests

Contact siddharth@truerook.com about your submitted details or to request removal. A fixed contact-record retention period has not yet been published; ask before sharing details that require a specific retention commitment.

Agree the exact sources, content access, permissions, retention, export, and allowed actions before connecting any system. This website does not establish a certification, compliance status, or product security guarantee.
